Can you advice me on what is best for me?

- After working within the British Bespoke Tailoring industry and a constant passion for mens bespoke tailoring, we can certainly give you sound advise on what is best for you as an individual.

- Throughout the process, we work closely with our clients to ensure that the client is happy and ensure that his image is improved.

What styling options are available?

- All clients are able to style their garments completely from scratch. Along with the guidance from myself, clients will receive the perfect garment, just as they intended.

Can I choose my own lining?

- Yes, garments are designed from scratch as desired by the client.

Can you deliver?

- Kale & Co do delivery garments should a client want the service. With this been said, clients will have to have an initial face-to-face meet in order to choose fabric, styling and have bespoke measurements taken.

- Thereafter, once the garment is complete - we deliver worldwide.

What are the payment options?

- We work exactly like a shop - payment is made in full upfront.

How many times will my tailor need to visit?

- A client will always develop a long term relationship with their personal tailor, this is a similar relationship a gentlemen would develop with their barber.

- From the initial appointment, we should not need any more than two fittings.

- This consists of the initial appointment and final fitting.

How long do garments take to be made?

- Garments take between 4 - 6 weeks to be stitched to finish. Clients will receive a curtesy call during the process, informing them on the progress of their garment.

- Clients do have the option of having their garments expressed - this process comes with an express charge.

Where are the garments stitched?

- All garments are stitched by our in-house tailor, who has over 30 years of experience in the game.

- Garments are stitched in Cape Town, South Africa - nothing in manufactured abroad.

I am changing size at the moment, how does this affect the process?

- We always recommend measuring clients when they are at their largest - this gives us enough allowance to take garments in, should the client fluctuate any further.

How long do the garments last for?

- All garments should last for a period of no less than 5 years.

- Please note that this is depending on how clients take care of their garments.

How often should I need to dry clean my garments?

- one should dry clean their garments when brushing, airing out and spot cleaning aren't removing the odours, dirt or stains any more.

- If you rarely wear a suit, this may be as little as once or twice a year. Of course if you live in a suit, you may dry clean more frequently.
